Labyrinth seal removal

has anyone stripped down one of these hubs. does anyone know how you get the seals (10&7) out without bending them.

Leave them. They are metal usually and just pressed in. Ideally remove bearings and wipe out the crud with a cloth and clean up, before re greasing. You can get them out, but I wouldn't bother unless there is something wrong and they have to come out.
