Yes, that's exactly what happened - according to the official website, he picked up 6 seconds of sprint bonuses during the final stage - canny riding.

Berhane is very talented, which is why Europcar have picked him up and we should see him in some WorldTour races this year. But there are many, many Eritreans, Ethiopians, Burundis and Rwandans in particular who could come through right now - if, as ORM says - the money is there to help them reach their potential.

Incidentally, for some reason known only to itself, Cyclingnews didn't bother to update news of the race after Stage 4 (or hasn't yet...).
