I've had kippers from there too. They are amazing - no comparison to the stuff you buy in supermarkets.

I holidays in Whitby 2 years ago 100 yards further up the road from here used to wonder down in the morning for a newspaper and kippers for breakfast very tasty

i find with kippers if you eat them before a going into the sea they spend the whole time you in it trying to come back up again so they can go for a swim and see their mates .

I used to work quite regularly on the Isle of Man and loved my Manx Kippers for breakfast.

I did make the mistake of bringing them home and cooking them in the house and promptly stunk the place out for a few weeks.

Was kindly asked not bring them home again.
