You don't have to do any maths. Just use the same sizes you already have. To measure accurately you need a spoke ruler although others will I daresay say you don't need one. If you want to do it properly use a spoke ruler. You only need to do maths when you have a rim and hub and nothing else to go on but you have the old spokes to use as a measure.

ok yes maths was an exaggeration. Basically i use my bike as a commuter and id rather not take apart the wheel somewhat, to pull out a spoke to measure, to put it back, to then order the replacement spokes and nipples. To finally rebuild the wheel. If someone can tell me what i need i can order the new bits whilst still using my bike until the new parts come then spend a good day rebuilding. a voilà!

You could measure the spoke length and add 2mm for rim thickness.

:welcome:Relying on someone else (even those on here) for these data is high risk.
You are just being "somewhat" lazy, imho.
You don't have to take the tyre off: just unscrew 3 nipples (one front and two rear (cassette off for the RHS), measure spokes and replace and retension to the same ping as their similar neighbours.
How long will that take?? About as long as drinking a can of beer, in fact best achieved concurrently.
Disc brakes so the rim doesn't have to be super true.
Get brass nipples with the new spokes.

They could. But why 2mm? Is this figure derived from 'James' testing several rims and averaged?
A castrated blinded stag hides in full sight.
If our enquirer wants to risk this, I recommend they use +5mm and take the spoke length that measures under rather than over.
But rims are different.

Why because from ime of building several wheels that is the thickness of the rim at the spoke socket!
If you want to use +5mm you must be sponsored by continental as you'll end up with punctured tubes!🤣

Nothing wrong with personal experience mate!

Move on!!
