I saw this wonderful Kemper at Sywell Aerodrome today!

It looks like a museum piece, but was being ridden by a chap wearing a pith helmet..

Isn't that similar to the Dursley Pedersen?

It is. Definitely ‘Kemper’ on the frame though.
