Interesting collection.
BE748654 - Schwinn "E"=1969
R935096025A AC9J2088 - from the same frame.
The first is a Derby International of Kent Washington. 9=decade, 350=day of year, 9=year of decade. Day 350 of 1999.
The second is the serial number of the frame manufacturer, probably from Taiwan, that was contracted by Derby International.

03TD7029104 - I do not recognize this format.

WM00xxxx with a sideways "S" over the first "0". Raleigh made at Worksop in 1980.

1793816 - Trek aluminum frame from the mid 1990s. There is a website that will list the model for that serial number. Trek serial number list
