Offer = 300K

...since when is halfway anywhere near 302.5K????

I wondered that.

As for karma, I believe in good karma, for sure. Since I started knitting things for people, I've had a few little unsolicited gifts in return - and not from people I knitted things for - that would just be bartering really. And if the good stuff exists, bad karma must exist as well....

Sorry my fault i already offered 305 but he said no 2 months ago, so i left it. I then went back after another viewing and when he was a little more desperate and when i had sold my house i offered him 300. He then said he might meet me in the middle at 302.5. I said no and the upshot is i got it for 300 and screw Karma

As for the slump in the property market, I think not. we have just received 3 full price offers on our house. It's only been on a week, and we have had 14 veiwings, and we where asking the full whack for it as well.
