Ahh! Got ya! See, am a short ass so they make me a bit taller and I like that!

Erm, the cleats wernt pointing in the right direction, supposed to be square on apparently to the front part off the shoe, or when your cycling, shoes look pointing in from above, or was it out.. erm, out i think, let me go slip them on.. Oh, and on the ball of the foot.. well, thats what I was told and ive little knowledge in the matter, but, everything does feel better! Not sure what movement you can get with your type..

Hmm, mine are aligned with the sides of the offroad sole bit, perhaps that helps with lining them up properly, that you don't have. I set them up already to be on the balls of my feet, but 'heels in toes out'!? Doesn't sound that 'right' to me!!!

Erm, photobucket.com tends to work well, or there's your cyclechat gallery, not sure how that works as never used it, but I'll have a look.

Oh wow! Yours are completely different to mine!!! I think I'll stick with them how they are, and if I notice problems I'll have a play. Forgot that yours were SPD-SL rather than standard SPD

I found SPD cleats wear out faster then SPD-SL cleats.
But then i just have my road shoes with the DPD cleats bolted onto the bottom. Then another pair of better shoes with SPD-SL.
SPD-SL i think holds you better and i feel much better when sprinting off and putting alot of power through the SPD-SL rather then the SPD, but i still use SPD as my winter set of pedals. Mainly because i have that set of cleats on my old shoes.
SPDs wont break, or if you do break them, it would be really really hard, ive slid around on mine, and when my foot unclipped from the pedal while sprinting, my foot hit the ground and i slid along on the shoe for a while when i was doing about 25mph, and the cleat is still fine.
Except i do need to replace those cleats, but im poor/cant be arsed.
SPD-SL is better, feels much better then what SPD did.
Im still ment to be getting another set of shoes that would be able to hide the cleat that i could walk in, but ive not done that yet:wacko:
Oh, and i wouldnt have Look Keos again after i broke 2 sets of them. Complete crap i thought, SPD-SL i think feel abit nicer aswell.
