Jumpy gears with friction changers

Well I've just given the cogs, chain and the little run that the cable sits in under the bottom bracket a good clean and lube. If that hasn't nailed it I'll lube the cables...



...who am I kidding, I'll lube 'em anyway!

Yawn.... it's the cables. I told you earlier!

At least change the cable outer where it curves round to the rear derailleur, that's where it gets worn out.
