Endura Gridlock. Had mine around 2 years and love it to bits. Doesn't break the bank, ,doesn't make you sweat and has kept me dry many times. I even put my phone in the front chest pocket and it's been spot on.

I bought a Night Vision Evo Waterproof Jacket by Ultera. £70 and get me through a 3 mile commute in tipping rain nice and dry. Warm in the winter too.
