I'm 60 miles south of you and it's not lovely here. OK though - it is not raining, lanes are very wet and puddly so will be getting out.

The sun has just come out here! We're taking the kids to Fowlmead Country Park and enjoy some cycling on their cycle tracks

Pretty nice in Bolton today as well, (if a little windy). No riding for me though as I've got a run to train for, so I'm just back from a 5 mile run with the dog

Might get out tomorrow though if the weather stays fine.

I got 30 miles in but its still a bit nippy and the cold air gave me tooth ache

67 miles and I blew it again. Headwind picked up and I ended up pushing too hard. The big 100 will have to wait a bit longer

On the plus side the sun even came out and I think I managed a reasonable pace. Let's see..

Had a lovely afternoon at Fowlmead I did just short of 5 miles with Ruby who is 8 and hasn't really been cycling properly for long so that wasn't bad and my other half did a very slow mile with his youngest!!
