When speaking to their chat guy, I wanted to cancel the order and got cut off midway in quite a rude way!

Well you can still cancel your order. They have free for 12 months after it arrives. So if you don't want to keep it, then click on the return button on the order page and send back.

Thanks. I have spoken to wiggle support about the issue & they agree the two problems shouldn't have happened. They refunded me the delivery charge.

Was just annoyed they didn't give me the opportunity to cancel before dispatch. It was the timing rather than the actual order.

I'm not sure why but I've only had problems with Wiggle when I've paid for next day delivery. Most orders (including one today) are processed in a few hours so I expect some Haribo to be delivered to my office on Monday :-)

My last few wiggle orders have come in sans Haribo. There seems to be no correlation between value of order and Haribo-presence.

have to say ordered loads of stuff from wiggle and never had any issues with them, even returns have went smooth, although sometimes i don't get my haribo

My point was, just because you didn't cancel doesn't mean you are stuck with it. You can return it at their expense if you don't want it. You have a year to take it to your nearest (parcel service) it after that

I've put in 3 Wiggle orders recently, well over 150 pounds spent, and not a solitary jelly sweet, let alone a tiny bag. Is free Haribo in the T's and Cs somewhere? I'm outraged.
