Issues with Wiggle?

I placed an order there on Wednesday with priority delivery for today. As of last night it wasn't even processed. Now I can't seem to load their site. Just wondering if anyone else is having issues today? Or...if they have a working contact number?

Looks like when things go wrong wiggle aren't perfect at sorting it.

Actually that's not my experience. Use the chat box when it's showing online. You get to speak to some one straight away. If the chat is offline use the contact us form. Once again, they are usually very quick at replying.

Thanks. Chat has been showing as 'offline' all morning. Not massively desperate for the order, but wanted the new tyres before tomorrow morning.

Very peed off now. Turns out they gad a delay in processing. It's been despatched now but they have refunded the delivery charge.

When speaking to their chat guy, I wanted to cancel the order and got cut off midway in quite a rude way!

Hadn't realised that...may do that.
That assumes the local Evans branch has them, may take longer if have to be shipped to store from main warehouse but good to bear in mind for the future
Halfords and Cyclesurgery also price match but never tried. Evans is easy but you do need to wait for them to confirm the match if ordering online, in store it's immediate just need to show the cheaper price and have them verify. The list of retailers they match is on the price match page of the website

I'm not sure why but I've only had problems with Wiggle when I've paid for next day delivery. Most orders (including one today) are processed in a few hours so I expect some Haribo to be delivered to my office on Monday :-)

Sorry to hear of the problems.
I have never paid for next day delivery as more often then not it's delivered pretty quick anyway.

Same for me, I usually take the free postage option and it turns up quickly. I was just hoping to fit the new tyres to give them a spin tomorrow before the 100 so figured I'd pay the £3 to guarantee it.

What bothers me more is the absence of contact. In my work, I map out customer journeys & this strikes me of a company based on tight margins hence the lack of a contact number and their chat being available at limited times. When you consider I have spent £hundreds with them over time on what are often considered purchases, it is a bit frustrating. Tesco for example have a phone line so if your online shop is delivered and the £1 grapes are short dated, you can call and they refund immediately.
