Is this too soon for creaking

It wouldn't happen to be fitted with FSA cranks would it? Pile of crap*

*edit - FSA that is, not the bike

Sorry mate, I can't really help with your problem. 60 miles from new doesn't sound right though.
You are giving it a fair bit of welly along that road mate-impressive!

Cannondale + BB30 often means creaking bearings I'm afraid in our experience. But as it's a new bike take it right back to the shop

My Cannondale's BB needed to be stripped and put back together by the LBS after 180 miles. The shop said it was a bit dry from the factory. It's never been 100% quiet but it was much improved.

Mine lasted just a couple of hundred miles, it was not as bad as that though. Bearings out and regreased solved it. I do however have have 3 sets of bearings in reserve ready for when they go again.

Thought as much, cant take it back, got it from Germany, good job i got a spare Praxis converter, and i just won a shimano crank of ebay for 20 quid just in case, but will strip and look at bearings first as it feels rough and notchy, i wasn't expecting this on the ally frame but was prepared for it, glad i didn't go for the newest ones with BB30A as there's nothing to replace with at the moment.

I would of, but i couldn't find this one anywhere else, everyone had sold out and there was only the 2016 models and as i said there the BB30A which are slightly wider, i have took apart and i think it was too tight as i had to use a bar to release the preload screw, so i greased the bearing faces as the bearings themselves were spinning smooth, going for a run in a bit so will see what happens.

If you have a bearing press, pop out the bearings and grease everything. If that fails then next step is to loctite the bearings in. This is actually the prescribed method from Cannondale now.

Edit - fixed proscribed to prescribed.

Sound too regular to be bearings. Are you sure something isn't catching. Mudguard, cable, FD, tightened chainring bolts etc....

I think the op was already swapping the BB out whether it was/is the problem or not (already having a Praxis convertor and sourcing a new crank without having even looked at it).

I bought a Park BB30 removal tool but have never used it (I bought it after the LBS looked at mine in case in needed frequent attention). As for removal I'd personally not beat on press fit bearing with anything other than a tool designed for it.

None of the above, if anything, after i took the crank out yesterday and regreased, did a run, it wasn't as loud and was smoother but still there.

Proscribed means forbidden. Do you perhaps mean prescribed? Either word fits in your sentence, with very different outcomes.
