Very naughty, and he's asking enough for it too! I presume the genuine article would be Reynolds 531 DB, and measurably lighter than this one? It's curious that no mention has been made of 531 in the listing, and that is usually the first thing a seller of a quality frame wants to highlight. I suppose the seatpost isn't the right diameter for 531 so would be easy to prove as not kosher.

Haven't had the money back for the surcharge, so I don't owe the seller any favours now. For those who haven't followed the eBay link posted above, the seller is Golden Age Cycles and I would personally avoid all dealings with him.
