Ron Cooper didn't build it. His forks have a smooth banana curve. So I'd say not a Gillott.

I get that sometimes when looking on my phone. Seems to work if I press my finger on the link for longer.

@CarlP I'd say it's overpriced. The seller is a deal/shop owner so understandably prices high to make a living. Looking again the Reynolds decal seems to plain gauge rather than double butted. You should be able to get some as nice or nicer for around £150 (or less at the moment).
