Over complicate doesn't explain the word I'm looking for. That simply means "to make more compicated than necessary" What I want is a word describing the creation of a body of esoteric knowlege, demarking the line between in- an out- groups.

To 'Sheldonify'.... 'Sheldify?' It isn't really a 'Sheldonism', but a version of the word I have just given would clealy be in the 'Sheldonian' dictionary.

If you are to overcomplicate everything like this guy would do, then you are getting up there with the best/worst:
