For normal day to day riding i would say no , for regular competitions and or long tours then yes but not truly convinced
Well ... as Mandy Rice Davies almost said: "you would say that, wouldn't you?"For normal day to day riding i would say no , for regular competitions and or long tours then yes but not truly convinced
If you are going to splash north of £5000 on a bike make sure it will make you smile when riding it.
I think the point is indeed choose it because you like it and ride it because you want to, regardless of cost.i have bikes that cost an awful lot less than £5k well almost £4900 less that make me smile every time i ride them
very trueI think the point is indeed choose it because you like it and ride it because you want to, regardless of cost.
For five grand though I personally wouldn't want an off the shelf bike that just anybody could buy, I'd want something a bit special and bespoke. Sure, it might be cheaper to buy a complete bike but hey, I've got five grand to spend!
And wheels. The most important bits?Which bit will be bespoke.....
I guess probably just the frame and perhaps the forks.
Titanium frame? Which?A kinesis with mid level running gear is a joy to ride that won't break the bank. The frame is the heart of the bike.
