I like this quirky site: https://naca.cyclechat.net. It is not everyone cup's of tea but it does keep the flames alive on certain interests .

The story goes that it was part of a broader cult but they felt that their voices were not heard. They are best described as soft spoken, open to other views, accommodating to a fault and most importantly self deprecating.

Just be aware that when you enter the site, there is a disturbing echo.
