Just goes to show that it is possible to have a DB25 serial port without one of the pins bent

which - when I used to work with them all the time - was not a common thing!!!

Surely GB and GB&NI should be the same inner line with the British Isles as a Geographical description being a soliary outer line.

No.GB is NOT the same as GB & NI.

Great Britain is the single largest island in the British Isles. NI is not part of that island.
