Inner tube size

Does a 700x23 tyre need a 700x23 inner tube or will 700x25 inner tube be OK
I've heard different opinions on this and would appreciate your views

Most tubes fit a range of tyre sizes, and that range is normally pretty wide. I can't imagine a 25 not fitting a 23 as they're so similar.

Yes you can get tubes that are 700x23-25 but you wont get tubes 700x25-23 be careful as some 700x25 tubes are designed to go up to 700x35 and are wider than a 700x23 tube noticeably wider
