Spin class for me. I lost a shed load of weight doing it 3 times a week when I began starting to lose weight about 7 years ago. It's great cardiovascular exercise and keeps the leg muscles working. Once a week will be all I have time for these days but it should give the legs a good workout when added to 2 club rides at the weekend.
