So I might be able to get away without re-wrapping the bars?

Impossible to tell from here, that portion of outer is notorious for causing slow/sticky up-changes though due to it's position and more where the openings are allowing the inner to drag grit/water in. Couple that with the sharp radius of the bend,So I might be able to get away without re-wrapping the bars?

It's primarily a question of tactful, informed timing, as the actress didn't say to the bishop.I feel that this wouldn't be well received...
