Well, I emailed Tenn Outdoors to let them know of the good work they do, and the general consensous of their customers, here is their reply:

Since day one, we have pushed to offer our customers the best value for money on products that match and often exceed the quality of other similar items in the cycling arena.
Our design department spend huge amounts of time sourcing new and innovative technical fabrics throughout the world, making every effort to keep us ahead of the game.
Our newest addition to the range being one of the key moments in the development of our garments; Sprint, Octane & Trail Cycling Jerseys, use a ‘coffee bean’ fabric manufactured using a patented process of turning the beans into yarn.
The fabric we felt was something very special, with its excellent wicking properties, odour control and UV-Protection. All of these benefits in a sub £20 jersey, show you what Tenn is all about.

Another area that we’ve just moved into is featherweight cycling jackets (Vapor), <210grams and with a 10K/10K Waterproof/Breathability rating. These are new in, and at £45.99 they offer exceptional value for such a high spec garment.
