training is going fantastically well thanks. i've done two 100mile+ rides in the last two consecutive Saturdays, without a great deal of bother, starting to feel very confident about the ride. we start on Sunday June 28th leaving from just outside Buckingham Palace and cycling to the coast at Dover as the opening stage of our GT
