The original saddl;e on my Scott road bike caused pressure between my legs so I tipped it down a tiny bit by the nose. Result was lots of weight on the wrists and hands causing me pain. Bought a better saddl;e set it up level both problems sorted.

hi all thanks for your replies.

Just to let you that I moved the saddle back (few cm only to maintain my body in balance and not too forward) and left home this morning to cycle on very hilly route. It is amazing how a few centimeters of adjustments changes things completely. It has really helped and half way I could notice the difference. Much more comfortable. It has also made climbing out of the saddle more easy and efficient. Looking forward to tomorrow. Cheers!

Moving the saddle forward or back can induce knee & ankle problems, so keep an eye on that. If you start getting problems like that then you'll have to find a way of adjusting where the handlebars are in relation to the saddle.
