They appear to be out of stock at the mo but I'm sure you'll get them from elsewhere. I'm almost certain the 700x23c are what I have but if I were you I'd buy the correct size for your tyres.
I only needed the spacers provided for the front I think.
They take a bit of setting up but can be fitted very quickly after that.
