Illicit activities in the bike shop - the Soap opera

INspired by a thread elsewhere on the site...and a variation on the "one line aded to a story" simply add aline to the Soap Opera plot and we can see how it goes.

Svetlana is a housewife who has taken her bike to the bikeshop for some illicit fettling whilst her husband is away.

Her illicit activitiesare discovered by her husband who comes home early and confronts her...................

. However, seeing the buffed gloriousness of her bottom bracket, he....

 

[Salad Dodger]

empties the contents of his panniers all over the floor and....

toyed teasingly with his mini-pump, thus prompting her to....

blow the tyres to full

 

[Arjimlad]

whilst patching her tubes

 

[Trembler49]

much to the chagrin of her onlooking partner,

who was really after a quick release,

but then the bike shop rings to say....

'Your double clanger is wrecked'

Beside herself with remorse, she offers her husband a.....

...bit of new rubber to get into the swing of it on those long dark nights..

and suggests he puts the rubber in the clincher
