Incandescant lights produce light by heating up a filament (exactly by the same way that setting fire to wood produces heat and limited light - very inneficient for lighting but great for heat). LED's dont. LED's have a very narrow wavelength compared to incandescants - I don't think the wavelength actually goes into infra red for white LED's so even with a magnifying lens this is most likely impossible. All it would do is focus the visible spectrum wavelengths.
