I baulk at exorbitant car parking charges. I've never been to Bedgebury, but it must be pretty good for folk to spend that kind of cash to park. I would want to think that a considerable portion of that money was spent on trail building etc. If that is the case I would argue against finding "alternative" car parks .........

Unfortunately not a penny of that money goes towards the mountain biking facilities, it all goes to the FC. The trail is funded entirely by the Boars (the resident bike club) otherwise I'd happily pay to park there.
