It is a shame that the Macc Bikeathon folded.

I think that the main sponsor pulled out and that was the main problem. It was a very popular event - and my daughter obviously has fond memories of it.

Problem is that first year at uni, away from home, catering for herself 'cake' etc became too much of a temptation. Just out of interest if she got in to it sufficiently to warrant a road bike purchase would you look at a women's model or go for a unisex option?
