6ft 1in. I found this old thread and according to opinion, 58cm will be ok for me.

SRAM rocks...but that bikes got a higher bottom gear than the 11-32 you said didn't have enough gears!

If you don't know what size you need, go sit on some bloody bikes!

You'll need a PIN to buy in store. If buying online, it's simple, just put the numbers in when requests...or get someone to help. Have you seriously never bought anything online?
