Readjusted my seat yesterday, up, further back and sloped it slightly forward.
Not sure if it's better or not, I'm going to have a longer cycle tomorrow to find out, but god damn the back of my theighs are killing me today for some reason, right in the middle, not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.
Overworked your hamstrings somehow? Which isn't easy to do on the bike generally

Well what ever I've done, I've had to be a lazy slob today, even hurts to walk, so a bike ride was out of the question.

Have a hot bath and then give your legs a gentle stretch. Is your saddle now the right height?

Sorry, not had much to report.
I've played around with the saddle, different heights and angles, but still no joy.

Went into my local bike shop, talked to them and came away with a Selle Royal seat, it's got a 30 day return policy on it, so I'll see how I do.
