Hi Yenners I don't how you can survive. I've not been on a leisure cycle for 1 & 1/2 wks (just commuting) and I can't stand it.

Not cycled for 7 weeks now, since the car crash. doc says stay off bike (and any exercise bar walking) till march at the earliest. not impressed (and putting on weight).

Only been cycling once so far this year (found out at the end of last year that I don't like the cold weather anymore).

Well, I've not sat on a bike since Nov 15th
Had to go to Abroadland for work one weekend, then the next it was icy, then the next I was in charge of the kids, then the next it was icy, icy again the next, then it was Xmas and we were away, then I had a hangover the next Saturday, (I usually ride at weekends, except when I start commuting again) then etc etc etc... hoping to break my duck for this year on Sunday!

Aggghhhh the weather is going to be horrible again this weekend I'll maybe get out for a few hours but it'll be nothing spectacular, just commuting is doing my head in .

Well not too bad a week this week for commuting - did two normal 15 mile commutes, and three 26 mile ones to another site.......

Only 3 attempts on my life today..........
