My kids still think its the funniest thing to see there old man panic over his clumsy feetI think we all fall off at some point, just try unclipping in advance, it becomes instinct, clipping in on the other has always been a problem, I am more likely to come of at that point.

Unless your trying to meet a challenge on stravaCongratulations, thats quite a lot. Remember though its about the quality of time and excersize not just a competition to get more and more miles into a day and wear yourself out.
