I think we all fall off at some point, just try unclipping in advance, it becomes instinct, clipping in on the other has always been a problem, I am more likely to come of at that point.
Anyone who said they have never fallen off is a big fat liar. My kids still think its the funniest thing to see there old man panic over his clumsy feet:blush:

I don't think I ever said I haven't, twice I have, though once was trying;) to set off on a really steep grade and just could turn the first rotation quick enough to get going.

Well done so long as you enjoy it that's the main thing. Gradually getting there myself.

Congratulations, thats quite a lot. Remember though its about the quality of time and excersize not just a competition to get more and more miles into a day and wear yourself out.
