Funny you should say that. The barber across the road told me the other week that a fellow had to jump out the chair during a haircut and make a beeline for the exit door as he had the runs.

Mmm, well i do have a Planet X track top in black with the Belgian flag colours on the collar cuffs and waist, but it'd be too warm to wear that today. I'm setting off (cycling) to St Anne's near Blackpool in a few minutes to see my mum. I've got my Colombia jersey on, Ok it's a day late but no one'll know!!

I cycled to work and wore what was washed as I tend to buy jersey and bibs that go together so I dont have this difficult conundrum

Black castelli knee warmers
White castelli socks
White and black castelli long sleeved top
Black fizik shoes
Black abs grey helmet
Failed on the glasses. Blue and white oakley jawbreakers

It forecast very heavy downpours. It only rained for 10 minutes so they weren't really needed but when they're on you have to keep them on as there's nowhere to put them.
