HOY bikes??

Hi guys

I'm doing some research into what bike to get and the one company which has really caught my eye is HOY.
The component specs look very good compared to similar priced bikes from Specialized/Cannondale etc but I cant find many reviews or much info about their quality?

I'm going to head into my local Evans tomorrow and hopefully take one for a test ride , I'm not rushing into anything so would appreciate to hear some thoughts on their bikes.

I think there was a safety recall on Hoy bikes.

That was a while ago and the one you are looking at is a 2015, so it should be sorted.

Might be worth an ask, even as a scene setter for price negotiation.

I've no idea personally about Hoy bikes but remember seeing one model in a review of the best bikes of the year - I think it was Cycling Weekly. I can't find the round up but the individual review was good.

Those Hoy bikes look good enough to me.

You can now pick up a 2014 Cube Peloton Race with full Shimano 105 & Mavic Aksiums for £699 or the carbon Cube Agree GTC for around £799 or less, this has a full 10 speed Tiagra group set which is plenty good enough.
