nice vid... but is the plastic race really necessary? I'd have been tempted to bin that too and just use bearings and grease.

You can bin it but it doesn't rust and it does hold the bearings, making it easier to load them up with the right spacing.

...... for numptys like me, it shows I have the correct number of balls. The Spesh holder is metal and looks, feels very fragile.
