Good work. Love the Blue Peter style edits... ;)

It was very kind of David Cameron to do the voice over for you.... ^_^

I like it . I'll need to do that sometime soon, as my commuter's headset is sounding pretty crappy. In fact, I may end up having to replace the bearings instead of just servicing them.

Can I suggest you also change the link in your original post to the following?
Code:
http://youtu.be/buy80Fj-Afg

The link you gave is a general search query which, as time goes on, may be less likely to show your video at the top of the search results.

Ah, well, just been and checked and that green grease is called (confusingly) Black Gold Mountain Bike Grease and it was made by Ebony Lubrication in Cheshire. It doesn't say "waterproof" on the tube but "jetwash proof" so I've misled you there. Actually I've been experimenting with real lanoline, which is fantastic stuff but too stiff in cold conditions for bearings. However I've used it to keep water out of the cable end ferrules on my rear derailleur cable where it has hardened up and provided an excellent seal; the gear cable performance is better and is lasting longer - normally I'm having to replace the cable outer after every third or fourth ride and wash sequence as the unprotected cut ends of the steel cable reinforcement get rusty and manky and start clogging up..

How about one on changing your rear derailleur cable outer? I'm constantly harping on about it on here.
