How to remove LBS promo sticker from frame?

I wonder if the hardryer trick will enable me to remove the "Made in Taiwan" sticker on my bike's headset. It is white on black and it annoys me every time I notice it.

I've still got the LBS stickers on my bikes. I always thinks it helps the bike shop recognise one of "theirs" (though I know they recognise me anyway since a friend when in and had a conversation about me). But also that other bike shops think ... ok didn't buy from here but does support shops rather than than the internet. (Probably a wasted thought and that they don't think like that at all!!!).
