Dear All, Apologies in advance for what is probably a trivial question. I've had my Bianchi for 6 months now and love it. However there's just one minor gripe that I have. My LBS have stuck a transfer of their trading website onto the cross bar. I see this every time I look down and it annoys me the more I look at it.
The transfer was not added at the manufacture stage, but there is a separate transfer for every letter and it looks quite permanent. Do you have any advice on what is good to remove this without harming the paintwork please? Many thanks in advance.

Hair dryer to warm the sticker up, then peal off. WD40 will remove any left over glue.

I think you are a bit like me and suffer from OCI (Obsessive Compulsive Ignoring)!

Remember the procrastinator's refrain - Why do today, what you can put off until tomorrow!
Or it could be said that, I'm too busy riding my bike to worry about what it looks like

Fossyant, just to let you know that your tip worked a treat - 5 minutes and the entire sticker was off and another 1 with the WD40 to get rid of the residual gunk. Your advice was very much appreciated. Thank You.

Rust from lack of use?
It's actually looking pretty good for a hotchpotch old bike (13 year old bars, 11 year old frame/forks, 8 year old stem and groupset, 5 year old seatpost, 3 year old pedals, 1 year old saddle, new wheels and tyres).

The marks are where I had stuck on transparent frame protector patches. They kept sliding about and gathered dirt so I peeled them off.
