I doubt it is water i ate like a pig, i know i can shift it easily but its still bad.

I know its bad but i can shift 4-5kgs in a week but i can put it on quicker.
4 kgs is 8.8 lbs which is 30,800 extra calories on top of your daily allowance. You can't shift that in a week unless it's water weight.

I don't know if its water weight or not but i can do it, i guess most of it is because on an average turbo session i loose 1-1.5kg and i sweat buckets.

Fixed wheel fanatic.
I have over indulged big time.
Aldi Christmas Pud with custard - awesome.
Chocolate biscuits - whole box.
Ho Hum
Me too - it's only Christmas once a year, go for it:hungry:
I've put weight on (I've not measured, but I can feel it in the fit of my clothes) but I'll shift it easily enough.:bicycle:

Too late!
Spending Christmas with family (including elderly parents and small nieces)
No bike for 8 days and little opportunity for any exercise. Just eating!
January = cold rides and water soup! Can't wait, actually!

I was pretty good throughout and had good disapline, probably because I had no down time and worked every day other than Christmas day itself and Boxing day.
I kept away from the sweets, had a glass of wine with dinner and apple crumble for desert.. Went for a ride boxing day, and was back in the Gym with my personal trainer the day after.
Although I have no weight issue, I have been working hard on becoming leaner this year and increasing my strength, so do not want to take a step backwards.
Can't wait for next year to start. I'm going to have the best start ever.

I had a cal-horrific December but still managed to lose 3 lbs :becool: taking me to MY ideal weight of 147 lbs.

Think 1300 miles on the bike had some effect^_^
