i can see me ending up with two boxes of wheels and a box of goodness know what belonging to someone else
it really annoys me that i either have to be in or arrange for someone to spend a day in the house just to let these muppets collect.
if they had to pay minimum wage for this time wasted they may get their act together.

But you don't have to wait in for them to collect.
If they want to pick it up then it should be a time suitable to you not to them.
Tell them they can pick up between say 12noon and 2pm. If they are not there by then it will be left outside your front door. And you will not be held responsible if the parcel goes missing as they have been warned.
