I offer for a Giant OCR with Corima deep section carbon wheels ( with a slight cracks at the valve holes, which probably renders them worthless?), a 9Campy 9 speed Mirage Groupo with an old stylee tapered BB and a Veloce triple crankset, QS2 'bar levers, profile design aeros with Shimano shifters I think the bike is a few years old, a guy in the club has lent it to me with the intention that I ride it for club 10's. It is my size, but he has told me he's looking for £300 without the wheels, the LBS reckon offer £200 without the wheels, which as already mentioned have a crack at each valve hole.

I don't want to offend, so how much realistically should I offer him?
