Researching one from scratch would have been possible, but it's a lot of work to trust one with as their first job for me.

Anyhow, what price can you put on a free cup of coffee?

Discs at 75,000 - what you been doing - 120,000 on mine, and a much heavier car, and from 2002 !

Expensive I'd say

Auto, as observed, and to be fair to the garage the service report did say something like 'lightly worn and corroded', so I could probably have got away with just pads.

I've just had a fair bit of work done on my car and I wondered if anyone would care to guess the cost of the following:

Service
MoT
Four premium tyres
Four brake discs and four sets of pads
Brake fluid change
Coolant change
Injector clean
Aircon regas
Wiper blades

It's a 2012 Vauxhall Meriva auto with 75,000 miles on the clock.

Everything was done by a main dealer.

All the items are wear and tear, so I'm not complaining the work needed doing.

But how much do you reckon the bill was?

Missed the tyres, so
Say 200.00...im at 1100..00 plus Labour perhaps

I don't know much about cars but would have guessed at least £800 for that lot, but I suspect that it was surprisingly cheap or you wouldn't be asking so let's halve that figure - £400?
