Try & match what you're wearing, both amount & type, to the conditions.
Base layer should help to take some of the sweat off & keep it off.
Dry set to change into can come in handy.

I nearly posted asking the same question today, but figured there probably wasn't much of a solution for me.

I only cycle about 3 miles to work, so it's not worth the time to change clothes etc, but if I've cycled in the office is always too hot to avoid sweating. I have to leave way early so I have plenty of time to cool off so have started getting a taxi in regularly now

I sweat awful got to keep wiping my face as it gets in my eyes. Also my top gets soaked and boy does it stink. Lucky that I got a shower in work. So can freshen up. No matter what I try and the temp outside just seem to leak

If your tops stink, you should try a different material to nylon / polyester - such as merino or bamboo. Cheap tops will end up rank quite quickly

Currently only about 4 miles to work, I shower before, then change from cycling top to work top, having a good squirt of deodorant. New job will be a 12/13 mile commute. Will probably need to shower when I get there, only because my hair will end up a shocking mess after wearing a helmet for an hour (especially if it's warm)! I am fortunately not especially sweaty on the bike at least - I can however 'glow' like anything within 10 minutes of getting off the bike!

I do about 13 to 15 on a daily commute not too worried about hair as I seem to have lost it somewhere about 20 years ago. Tried a couple of diffrent tops still seem to get a bit stinky. I must just be a person who glows a lot

It depends how hard I am pushing as to how much I sweat, temperature, clothing etc. For instance I can do a 33mile oneway commute in winter but not sweat but 5 minutes on hard ride in summer and I can be sweating the proverbial buckets. Dressing lighter when I want to push and Deodourant usually works for me.

I sweat buckets regardless of the weather. My body seems to struggle with temperature control. I can be shivering as I leave and within five minutes be far too hot, but if I stop for a few minutes to fix a puncture I'll never get warm again...

Sweat-wise... I don't bother showering. I tend to find that once I am changed out of my cycling gear, I don't smell (or at least no one has told me I do). I do shower pretty much every evening... seems to work? I cycle 20 miles, 10 each way...

I do however, really, really need some merino gear...

I try not to over-dress, and take it easier on the way in. I always have a shower before I leave, so an easy 20mins isn't bad. Keep some deodorant in my locker, quick squirt of that if needed and I'm good to go.

On the way back however, I'll either take it steady (rare), or just go for it so I can be absolutely dripping when I get home in summer

From almost not at all when slim and fit, and riding slowly on the flat in cool conditions, to as much as 2 litres an hour when fat and unfit, riding as quickly as I can over big hills in hot conditions! (Calculated by weighing myself before and after rides, allowing for the weight of food and drink consumed, and guessing any pee losses.)

I can be freezing cold from not having enough layers and my body will think "I'd better sweat to cool down some more." I don't even have to be on the bike, I can be walking or just trying to have a conversation . Not to mention if I were to be running for some reason...
