How many miles have you cycled in the last 12 months?

8.5k about 1.5k of that with a handcycle, i do not log any rides of less than 10 miles so it could be a bit short and would have been a lot more but i broke my hip in January and i am still held together with titanium screws. built back up to doing 200miles a week and 30miles a week on hand bike, it dose not sound a lot but the hills around me are killers on the hadcranker. my car dose 2k a year.

7510.2 miles so far, should be a lot more, but due to all the snow, I hardly did any long runs, November, December and January and only clocked up 903.9 for that period

Planned on doing 8000 this year and at the moment 128 miles in front.

Something over 1605 miles. Average ride 16.73 miles 96 trips. I do some short unrecorded ones.

It was 3500 last year purely commuting .

This year i am aiming for closer to 4000 + another 1000 = in weekenders .
