I had a cracking one this week. My rear wheel was making clickety noise and I found I had a drawing pin (malicious?) in the middle of the tyre. I managed to fight the urge to remove it straight away and made it another couple of miles to my destination before letting it go. Very satisfying - and better than having to stop by the side of the road.
I contemplated just leaving it there to see how long I could go - but thought the better of the damage it could inevitably cause to the rims (and probably to me) when it went.
