How do you clean inside the links?

A bath of white spirit - leave a few hours. Then clean with GT85/WD40. Then dry down. Then relube with Finish Line dry. All this guff about interior lube. My method works fine!

I refer you to my latest reply in the rusty chain thread. Wack a bit of mower grease on it every couple of weeks or so, definitely do not waste your time washing all the grit into it.
Not much point using a planet saving bicycle and then washing it obsessively with high tech, non degradable, toxic chemicals every few days.
Your time is far better spent playing with your wife/husband or even drinking coffee.
If you feel a compulsion to mess about more frequently you are probably best off going to see a doctor about your problem.
