How do I mix this stuff

Powerbar performance sports drink. A little prezzie from xmas day but having read the labels inside and out and back to front can't find the ratio of powder to water . Anyone out their use this and can advise please???

Right down the bottom of the page, the last line says Serving Size 1 scoop (18g) Makes 240mL (8 fl oz)

Don't know if that is for the same stuff you have.
